- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into prototype development
- Author thought leadership on future-of-industry whitepapers
- Establish metrics for measuring innovation ROI and adaptation readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
