Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Present executive-level foresight briefings translating complex futures into strategic imperatives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Partner with R&D to integrate cutting-edge technologies into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Published work on future-of-work or industry disruption scenarios
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Systems Thinking)
