Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into viable product concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present future outlook insights at industry conferences and internal forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience with technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) preferred
