Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and socio-economic trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting next-gen AI, IoT, and biotech innovations
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with C-suite executives to visualize future business models
- Author whitepapers on disruptive technologies' impact on industry verticals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Quantify ROI scenarios for emerging tech adoption using predictive analytics
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks in all client engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex future topics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools for trend mapping
