- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused innovation priorities
- Produce actionable scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) required
