Responsibilities
- Map and analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build proprietary trend intelligence systems using NLP and predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Author thought leadership on disruption forecasting and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Mastery of scenario planning tools and predictive modeling frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
