Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with 10-year strategic vision
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech)
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs and market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic projects or thought leadership
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead cross-functional teams
