Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Drive ethical AI and sustainable technology adoption initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CIPM) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight research or innovation frameworks
