We are seeking a visionary Futurist & Innovation Strategist to lead our 2026 vision. In this pivotal role, you will architect tomorrow's solutions by identifying emerging technologies, forecasting societal shifts, and developing strategic roadmaps that position our company at the forefront of innovation. You will collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future insights into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of forward-thinking across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and global megatrends to inform strategic planning
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board of directors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to integrate foresight into product development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry disruptors, and academic thought leaders
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and societal disruptions to anticipate market shifts
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports communicating complex future insights
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies that drove measurable business growth
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and sustainable development frameworks
