- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 18-24 month market launch horizons
- Author thought leadership publications on paradigm shifts affecting global business ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record translating trend analysis into $100M+ revenue initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, climate tech, or digital identity systems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., Future Studies)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots (5-10 year horizons)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovations successfully commercialized
