- Present foresight frameworks and scenario plans to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Integrate AI ethics and sustainable development principles into all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven experience translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or innovation frameworks
