Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and societal shifts to map 2026-2030 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizations and innovation ecosystems
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for client decision-making
- Identify investment opportunities in disruptive technologies and future markets
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, researchers, and thought leaders
- Advolve AI-driven trend forecasting tools and proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (articles, books, reports)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures methodologies preferred
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
