- Design innovation roadmaps aligning emerging capabilities with client business objectives
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with R&D and product development teams
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists on trend synthesis and strategic storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing trend forecasts for Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
