Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop future-proof strategic frameworks for product development and market entry
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics into strategic decision-making
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Advise on ethical implications of exponential technologies and regulatory compliance
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against future-state benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-strategy frameworks or trend reports
- Experience with predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
