Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions and validate market viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) on future innovation trajectories
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives through predictive analytics and market modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon scanning platforms, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-state strategy implementations
