Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026 implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Quantify future market potential through proprietary forecasting models and scenario planning
- Build thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Advise executive team on strategic pivots and emerging business models
- Manage horizon scanning ecosystem including AI-powered trend detection tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Economics, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven trend detection tools and quantitative forecasting models
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurism or strategy journals
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) convergence
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
