Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop and publish annual Future Outlook reports with strategic recommendations
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and think tanks
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (e.g., AI ethics, climate adaptation)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across global markets
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
