- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align future-proof product development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
