Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to forecast technological and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
