Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce cutting-edge trend reports and predictive market analyses
- Architect innovation pipelines for next-generation technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations at global industry forums and board meetings
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) required
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or thought leadership
