Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging technology pioneers
- Create annual Future State Reports translating foresight into operational roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-oriented projects delivered
