Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation summits and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable outcomes
