What you'll achieve:
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential change

Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI, and quantum domains
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive boards
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints
- Present at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling
- Partner with R&D on prototyping next-gen interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight at tech/consulting firms
- Published thought leadership in exponential technology
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and biotech governance
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (GPT-4, Palantir)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/CFP preferred)
