Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to inform strategic planning
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and implementation timelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Identify and evaluate disruptive business models and market entry points
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and strategic outputs
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience working with C-suite in fast-paced tech or Fortune 500 environments
