Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence
- Design scenario-planning models for high-impact business decisions in volatile environments
- Present executive-ready strategic briefings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and cultivate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers that position our company as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field preferred
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Demonstrated success in translating complex insights into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in real-world contexts
