As a key architect of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop proactive strategies that capitalize on disruption. You'll leverage proprietary foresight methodologies and cutting-edge data analytics to transform uncertainty into opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Future Outlook reports predicting market dynamics and technological breakthroughs through 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on strategic priorities for emerging markets
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption rates and competitive positioning
- Present findings to investor boards and C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies (AI, Web3, etc.)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
