Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify opportunities and threats for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce executive foresight reports with data-driven trend projections
- Design ethical implementation frameworks for future-facing technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation to future disruptions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with futures research tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of exponential technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
