Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and growth
- Translate complex future projections into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption and ethical implications
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation progress
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to forecast breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and boardroom credibility
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience designing and implementing future-ready organizational transformations
