- Advise C-suite on long-term innovation investments and risk mitigation
- Build AI-powered trend prediction models using proprietary datasets
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Mastery of AI/ML tools for trend analysis and forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 10-year strategy
