Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast their impact on industry by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive reports
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Advose on policy and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology-driven transformation
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
