- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for market evolution
- Analyze disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future business models
- Author quarterly trend briefings for executive leadership and investors
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech incubators and research institutions
- Design scenario-planning models for global socio-economic shifts
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies and disruptive innovation patterns
- Published thought leadership in industry foresight publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives delivered
