Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in tech and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database and predictive analytics models
- Advolve executive teams on emerging risks and opportunities in 3-5 year horizons
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future strategy implementations
