Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for emerging technological disruptions and socio-economic shifts
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations translating complex future states into executive-ready insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced forecasting methodologies and critical thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed confidence and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar body)
