Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation and innovation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to track emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level foresight briefings
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
