Responsibilities

- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological shifts
- Produce executive-ready reports translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal education programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR)
