Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to identify disruptive forces by 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on vision and execution priorities
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership publications and present insights at industry forums
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof principles into innovation pipelines
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and update strategic frameworks quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Strong command of AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
