Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based future models using proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging market disruptions
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' for executive board and key stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our incubation lab
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological inflection points affecting industry trajectory
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Published thought leadership in future studies or strategic innovation
- Experience with sustainable development goals (SDGs) and ESG frameworks
