Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology domains
- Lead scenario planning for climate adaptation and space colonization initiatives
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and UN agencies on sustainable development frameworks
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit with industry pioneers
- Secure $50M+ in grants for quantum computing and bio-integration projects
- Mentor PhD fellows in transdisciplinary research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 500 or NASA/ESA
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
