Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ scenario frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Lead foresight workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design early-warning systems for disruptive market changes
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and futurists
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist role
- Proven experience developing multi-year scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis and signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
