Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop predictive models for societal and market trends through 2030
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development
- Monitor and analyze global policy/regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and scenario planning
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive analytics platforms
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or futurism
