Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation roadmaps across tech, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development and business strategy recommendations
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at industry conferences
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Experience with AI, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly valued
