Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptors and competitive vulnerabilities
- Translate future projections into actionable R&D priorities and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
