Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive research on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author white papers and thought leadership on next-generation workforce models

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation track record
