Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026 scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Establish KPIs and innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions and validate emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Maintain a dynamic horizon-scanning ecosystem of industry disruptors and academic partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state frameworks or scenario planning projects
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from WFS, APF, or similar institution) preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
