What you'll achieve:
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate vision framework
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
- Drive innovation initiatives across 4 strategic pillars: AI Ethics, Sustainable Tech, Neuro-Interfaces, and Quantum Computing
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders
- Create predictive models for adoption curves of breakthrough innovations
- Lead a team of futurists and innovation specialists in executing the 2026 vision
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring organizational readiness for future disruptions
- Partner with R&D to commercialize futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
