Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic vision framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic signals into strategic roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with future market demands
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive strategy principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills for complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM, APF) preferred
