Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future priorities
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for 2026 technology implementations
- Represent FutureWorks at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles, whitepapers, or books)
