Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging disruptions and strategic opportunities
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive leadership on future market landscapes
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term societal and technological trajectories
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and diverse stakeholder engagements
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
