Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author white papers and strategic briefs on the future of work, automation, and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks (Web3, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Present strategic futures insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
