- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, and neurotech integration
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Futures journal within last 3 years
- Security clearance for national innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech implementations
